BEEF STROGANOFF 1 lb. sirloin steak, cut in very thin strips 1 large onion 1 beef bouillon cube 1 Tbsp. flour 2 tsp. ketchup 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 c. sour cream hot cooked rice or noodles Combine beef strips, onion, bouillon cube, flour, ketchup, salt and 1/2 cup water in 1 quart microproof baking dish. Stir well. Cover and use 70% for 6 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir in sour cream. Use 10% for 3 minutes to warm. Let stand 3 minutes. Serve over hot rice or noodles.
