MICROWAVE FUDGE 1 lb. box powdered sugar 1/2 c. cocoa 1/4 c. milk 1 stick butter 1 Tbsp. vanilla 1/2 c. nuts (optional) Place sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in a glass bowl. Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Stir well. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan. Freeze 20 minutes or refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut and serve. Variations: 1/2 cup peanut butter; 1/2 cup chocolate fudge plus 1 tablespoon peanut butter; crushed peppermint sticks; 1 tablespoon instant coffee; miniature marshmallows.
