COUNTRY STYLE RIBS 2 1/2 to 3 lb. country-style pork ribs 1/2 c. spicy barbecue sauce 3 Tbsp. olive oil 1 Tbsp. wine vinegar 1 Tbsp. chopped onion 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 clove garlic, minced Place ribs in 3-quart (13 x 9 x 2-inch) glass baking dish. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on 70 (Roast) 25 minutes. After 15 minutes, rearrange by placing outside ribs in center. Drain off fat. Mix remaining ingredients well and brush over both sides of ribs. Cook, covered, on 70 (Roast) 30 to 35 minutes or until meat is fork-tender. Let stand, cov- ered, 5 minutes before serving.
