SWEDISH PANCAKES 3 eggs 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/3 c. milk 6 Tbsp. melted butter Beat eggs and 1/2 cup milk with whisk. Add flour and beat until smooth. Add rest of milk, salt and butter. Heat griddle until drop of water sizzles. Cook pancakes until light brown. Serve with butter and lingonberries.
