PINEAPPLE GLAZE FOR BAKED HAM 4 lb. ham, baked 1 c. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. salt 8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple with syrup 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard Mix brown sugar, cornstarch and salt in small pan. Stir in pineapple, lemon juice and mustard. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute, remove ham from oven minutes before done. Remove skin, score and brush on glaze. Return to oven 30 minutes more.
