ICED ORANGE PUNCH Ice Mold: club soda 1 lemon, sliced 1 lime, sliced Punch: 1 qt. chilled orange juice (no sugar added) 1 qt. club soda 1 qt. diet ginger ale (10 calories) To prepare Ice Mold: Pour enough club soda into a 10 or 12 cup ring mold to fill mold; add lemon and lime slices, arranging them in an alternating pattern. Cover mold and carefully transfer to freezer. Freeze until solid. To prepare Punch: In large punch bowl, combine juice and sodas. Remove Ice Mold from ring mold and float Ice Mold in punch.
