CASHEW-PIMENTO CHEESE

3/4 c. raw cashews
2 Tbsp. tahini or sesame seed
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dill weed (optional)
1/4 to 1/2 c. pimento
3 Tbsp. yeast flakes

Whiz in blender until very smooth. For thicker cheese,
whiz 2/3 cup quick oats with rest of ingredients.
To form into brick, increase water to 1 1/2 cups. Mix 6
tablespoons agar flakes or 2 tablespoons agar powder with the
water and boil until dissolved. Then blend all ingredients.
Pour into mold and chill.
