PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 20 oz. can pineapple chunks 1/3 c. sugar 3 Tbsp. flour 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/3 c. melted margarine Ritz crackers Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice. Combine sugar and flour. Add pineapple juice. Stir in pineapple and cheese; pour into lightly greased casserole dish. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs; pour 1/3 cup melted butter on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
