PEACH COBBLER CAKE 1 c. self-rising flour 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1/4 lb. margarine (1 stick) 1 large can sliced peaches and juice Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place margarine in oblong cake pan. Melt in oven. Meanwhile, mix flour, sugar and milk in bowl. Mix ingredients into melted margarine. Pour peaches and jucie over top. Bake 55 minutes at 350 degrees or until top is browned nicely.
