ORANGE CREAMSICLE CAKE 1 orange cake mix 1 small pkg. orange jello 1/2 c. hot water 1/2 c. cold water Icing: 1 small vanilla instant pudding 1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk 1 small container Cool Whip 2 tsp. vanilla Bake orange cake mix in 9 x 13-inch pan as directed on box. When cake is cool, poke holes in with fork. Mix orange jello using hot water and cold water. Pour over cake and chill for 3 to 4 hours until set. Icing: Beat pudding and milk until smooth. Then add Cool Whip and vanilla. Mix well, then spread on top of cake. Cover with Mandarin oranges. Tastes just like an orange creamsicle. Enjoy!
