APPLE DAPPLE CAKE 3 eggs 1 c. cooking oil 2 c. sugar 1/4 c. water 3 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. soda 2 tsp. vanilla 3 c. apples, chopped 1 c. walnuts, chopped In large bowl, combine the eggs, cooking oil, sugar and water. Beat well. Add flour, salt and soda. Mix well. Add the vanilla, apples and nuts. Bake in a greased and floured 12 cup Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until cake tests done. Put topping on. Topping For Apple Dapple Cake: 1 c. brown sugar, packed 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. butter or margarine In saucepan, cook topping for 3 minutes. Spread over the cake.
