PUMPKIN CAKE DESSERT 1 box yellow cake mix (1 c.) 1/2 c. melted oleo 1 egg Filling: 3/4 c. sugar 1 large can pumpkin 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. canned milk Topping: 1 c. cake mix 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1/4 c. hard oleo Mix 1 cup cake mix, melted oleo and egg. Spread into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased cake pan. Filling: Mix together 3/4 cup sugar, pumpkin, 2 tea- spoons pumpkin pie spice, eggs, vanilla and canned milk. Pour over first mixture. Topping: Combine 1 cup cake mix, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice and hard oleo. Cut with pie crust cutter and sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Top with Cool Whip.
