BETTER THAN SEX CAKE 2 sticks butter, softened 2 c. flour 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. confectioners sugar 2 (8 oz.) cartons Cool Whip 3 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding 4 1/2 c. milk 1 frozen Hershey bar (optional) Preheat oven to 375 degrees. For first layer combine flour, butter and 1 cup chopped pecans. Mix well until soft. Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, and bake for 20 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Let cool. For second layer, with electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar together. Fold in 10 ounces Cool Whip by hand. Spread over cooled first layer. For third layer mix 4 1/2 cups cold milk and pudding. Beat with mixer until thick. Spread over second layer. Last top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with chocolate bar shavings and pecans. Refrigerate 6 hours before serving. The thought behind Better Than Sex Cake is certainly debatable, but there's no question, it is sinfully rich. Although a heavenly dessert for guests, a wife might try fixing it for her husband some night when suffering with a headache.
