MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 2 sticks margarine 1/3 c. cocoa 2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1 1/2 c. flour 4 eggs, beaten pinch of salt 1 jar Marshmallow Creme Melt together margarine and cocoa. In large bowl mix other ingredients. Add melted margarine and cocoa. Mix well. Add chopped pecans. Pour in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Then while cake is hot, spread 1 jar of Marshmallow Creme covering over top of cake. Finally mix Mud Cake Icing and ice cake. Mississippi Mud Cake Icing: 1/2 stick margarine 1/3 c. cocoa 1 box powdered sugar 1/3 c. milk After the Mississippi Mud Cake has cooled after baking, cream margarine, sugar and cocoa together until smooth. Then stir in milk. Pour icing mixture over the cake, spreading with knife or spatula.
