FUNNEL CAKE 2 beaten eggs 1 1/2 c. milk 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt Mix together all ingredients. Put approximately 3 inches of liquid oil in fry pan. Heat oil. Use a funnel (size of your choice) and dribble funnel mix into hot oil making any design you wish. When underside is brown flip funnel cake and brown on other side. When brown, remove from oil and sprinkle powdered sugar over top of funnel cake.
