PEANUTTY PIZZA COOKIES 1 c. margarine 1 c. peanut butter 1 c. granulated sugar 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar 2 eggs 1 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 1/4 c. Quick oats, uncooked 1 c. M&M's peanut chocolate candies Beat together margarine, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy; blend in eggs. Add combined flour, soda and salt; mix well. Stir in oats and 1/3 cup candies. To make 2 pizza cookies, place half of the dough (about 2 1/2 cups) onto each of 2 foil lined and greased 12 to 13-inch pizza pans. Spread dough to within 1 inch of edge of pan. Sprinkle each cookie with 1/3 cup candies. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until cookie is lightly browned. Cool for 10 minutes in pan. Cut into wedges or squares to serve. Makes two 12 to 13-inch cookies.
