HOT FUDGE PUDDING CAKE 1 c. flour 2 Tbsp. cocoa 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. honey 2 Tbsp. oil 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. packed brown sugar 1/4 c. cocoa 1 3/4 c. hot water Measure flour, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt into 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Stir well with fork. Add milk, honey, oil and vanilla. Stir with fork until smooth. Spread evenly in pan. Use fingers to mix brown sugar and the 1/4 cup cocoa in small bowl. Sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over sugar and cocoa. Do not stir. Put pan in 350 degrees oven. Bake 40 minutes. Mixture will form a cake and sauce in the pan. Let cake stand on cooling rack for 15 minutes. To serve, put cake in bowl. Add ice cream and spoon sauce over all.
