BANANA FUDGE COOKIES 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box chocolate cake mix 1/3 c. mashed bananas 1 egg 2 Tbsp. water 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips Combine cake mix, bananas, egg and water. Mix well. Batter will be stiff. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes, or until no imprint remains when touched. Cool on racks. Yield: 3 1/2 dozen.
