WATERGATE CAKE WITH COVER UP FROSTING 1 box white cake mix 3/4 c. salad oil 1 c. 7-Up 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding 1 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. coconut 3 eggs In large mixing bowl, put the cake mix. Blend in oil, eggs and 7-Up, beating a little after each addition. When well blended, fold in the dry pistachio pudding, nuts and coconut. Pour into a Bundt cake pan. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degrees oven. while cake is cooling, prepare frosting. Cover Up Frosting: 2 (3 oz. each) dry Dream Whip 1 1/2 c. milk 1 pkg. pistachio pudding (instant) 1/2 c. coconut 3/4 c. chopped pecans Combine Dream Whip with pistachio pudding. Add milk and beat until thick. Add nuts and coconut. Cover cake with frosting.
