SOUR CREAM CHEESE CAKE Crust: 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. melted butter Filling: 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese 3 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 tsp. vanilla Topping: 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Crust: Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press in a spring-form pan and chill a short time. Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Pour into crust-lined pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes. Topping: Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour over top of cake. Increase oven to 475 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.
