PEANUT BUTTER HAYSTACKS (Microwave) 2 c. (12 oz.) butterscotch chips 1 c. peanut butter 1 c. salted peanuts 4 c. chow mein noodles Place chips and peanut butter into a 2 1/2 quart micro- wave safe casserole dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 5 minutes at 50 percent power. Blend well. Stir in peanuts and noodles. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper. Makes approximately 24 haystacks.
