PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 3 eggs 3/4 c. sugar 1 large pumpkin pie mix 1 large can evaporated milk 1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix 2 cubes butter, melted 1 c. chopped nuts Beat eggs. Add sugar, pumpkin pie mix and canned milk. Mix thoroughly and pour into slightly greased 10 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle half the dry cake mix over the pie mixture. Mix the other half with the chopped nuts and sprinkle on top. Drizzle the melted butter over the dry cake mix and make sure most of the dry cake mix and nuts are covered with butter. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
