PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 1 lb. butter 3 lb. powdered sugar 2 lb. creamy peanut butter 2 large pkg. chocolate chips 3-inch piece of paraffin Mix butter, peanut butter and powdered sugar. Form into small balls and place on a cookie sheet in fridge to chill. Melt the chocolate and paraffin in double boiler. Insert a toothpick into the peanut butter balls to dip them into the hot chocolate mixture. Place on wax paper to cool until chocolate sets. Store in refrigerator until ready to eat. Makes 250 or more peanut butter balls.
