DELUXE RICE CRISPY TREATS (Classroom Recipe) 1/2 c. margarine 80 regular marshmallows 9 c. crisp Rice cereal 1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips or M & M's 1 c. coconut, shredded 2 c. peanuts Melt margarine in a six quart pan over low heat. Add marshmallows; stir until melted and well blended. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal, chocolate, coconut and peanuts until well coated. Press into 2 greased 13 x 9-inch pans. Cool; cut into squares. Serves 24 to 30 hungry fourth graders.
