PECAN PIE COOKIES 1/4 lb. margarine 1 c. flour 3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese Filling: 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 egg 1 Tbsp. margarine 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans Mix together margarine, flour and cream cheese. Makes 24 little balls. You need 1 1/2-inch or 2-inch cupcake pans. Put small ball of mixture into cake pan and press to cover inside cup- cake. Fill 1/2 full of filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
