MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKES 4 eggs 1/2 c. cocoa 1 c. coconut 2 c. sugar 1 Tbsp. vanilla 1 c. pecans, chopped 2 sticks melted oleo 1 1/2 c. flour 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Fluff Beat eggs and sugar until thick. Add oleo, cocoa, flour and vanilla; mix well. Add coconut and nuts. Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. About 25 minutes after removing from oven and while still hot, spread carefully with Marshmallow Fluff; let stand for 5 minutes, then frost. Frosting for Mississippi Mud Cakes: 1 stick oleo, melted 1 Tbsp. vanilla 5 to 6 Tbsp. milk 1/3 c. cocoa 1 box confectioners sugar 1 c. nuts, chopped Melt oleo; remove from heat and add other ingredients, except nuts. Beat well and add nuts. Spread gently over marshmallow and swirl it through. Nearly sinful!!!
