JELLO POKE CAKE 1 pkg. (3 oz.) jello (use any flavor) 1 (2 layer) pkg. white cake mix 1 bowl Cool Whip Prepare 1 (2 layer) white cake mix as directed on box, baking in well greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Then poke with fork at 1/2-inch intervals. Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water and add 1/2 cup cold water. Spoon over cake in pan. Chill 3 to 4 hours. Top with thawed Cool Whip.
