SUGAR FREE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 1 1/4 c. flour 1/2 c. peanut butter 1/4 c. cooking oil 1/4 c. water 1/2 c. Sugar Twin 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Shape in 1-inch balls, using about 1 teaspoon for each. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees or until lightly browned. They must be stored in a refrigerator. Yield: 42 cookies.
