CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE Make, bake and serve it all in same pan. It's a cake with its own sauce. Cake: 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. sifted flour 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder 2 Tbsp. cocoa 1/2 c. milk 3 Tbsp. melted butter, cooled 1 tsp. vanilla Topping: 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. cocoa 1 1/2 c. water or coffee In a 9-inch square baking dish sift sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa. Stir in milk, melted butter and vanilla. Spread batter in pan; mix topping sugars and cocoa and sprinkle over batter. Pour water or coffee over all and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top springs back when touched. Serve warm with whipped cream.
