EASY 30 MINUTE CHOCOLATE CAKE 2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 3/4 c. oleo 1 c. water 4 Tbsp. cocoa 1/2 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs Sift flour, sugar and salt and set aside. Boil together oleo, water and cocoa only until butter melts. Combine the two mixtures and add buttermilk, soda, vanilla and eggs. Stir until smooth. Pour in a cookie sheet with sides and bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Frosting: 1 stick oleo (1/4 c.) 4 Tbsp. cocoa 3/4 box powdered sugar 6 Tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped nuts Heat oleo, cocoa, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth. Add nuts last.
