PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 1/2 stick butter 1 c. water 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. peanut butter 2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. soda 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla Bring to a boil the butter, water, oil and peanut butter and set aside. Mix flour, sugar, salt and buttermilk with soda mixed in it. Add the flour mixture to the boiled mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes in a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan. Peanut Butter Icing: 1/2 c. peanut butter 1/2 stick butter 1 box confectioners sugar 1/2 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. vanilla Boil peanut butter and butter. Add confectioners sugar, buttermilk and vanilla. Spread on Peanut Butter Cake.
