MOM'S BUTTER COOKIES 1 lb. butter 2 eggs 2 c. sugar 5 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla Mix butter and sugar until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla. Add 1 cup of flour at a time until all flour is mixed. Allow dough to cool in refrigerator a few hours until able to roll out and cut. Roll dough and cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes great Christmas cut-outs.
