CREAM CHEESE CAKE 2 sticks margarine 1 stick butter 8 oz. cream cheese 3 c. sugar 6 large eggs 3 c. cake flour dash of salt 1 tsp. vanilla Allow margarine, butter, cream cheese and eggs to come to room temperature. Cream margarine, butter and cream cheese. Add sugar, 1 cup at a time, mixing until fluffy. Alternately add eggs and flour. Add salt and vanilla; cook in greased and floured Bundt pan. Start in cold oven and cook at 275 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
