PUMPKIN PIE DESSERT 1 yellow box cake mix (save 1 c. dry for topping) 1/2 c. oleo (moist) 1 egg 1 large can pumpkin 3 eggs 2/3 c. milk 1 small can Pet milk 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice Grease cake pan bottom. Mix oleo, cake mix and 1 egg. Press on bottom of pan. Mix pumpkin, 3 eggs, milk, Pet milk and pumpkin pie spice. Pour over mixture in pan. Topping: 1 c. cake mix 1/4 c. oleo 1/4 c. sugar cinnamon Mix until crumbly. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Top with whipped cream and nuts, if desired.
