CHEESE CAKE 3 eggs, room temperature 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 3/4 c. sugar Combine ingredients. Mix well with electric mixer. Pour into greased pie pan (I use glass) and bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Note: Cheese cake will rise during baking, then fall to make a center indenture while cooling. Top as desired, after completely cooled. Topping: 8 oz. sour cream 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Combine and pour into indenture of cooled cheese cake. Refrigerate several hours, overnight best, before serving.
