EASY MILK CHOCOLATE FROSTING 3 Tbsp. margarine 2 Tbsp. cocoa 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar 2 Tbsp. milk (more if necessary) 1 tsp. vanilla Melt margarine in saucepan. Stir in cocoa until dis- solved. Add confectioners sugar, milk and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
