APRICOT BARS 1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 3/4 c. oleo 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 to 1 c. apricot preserves 1 1/2 c. 3-Minute oats Stir together dry ingredients; stir in oats and sugar. Cut in oleo until crumbly. Put 2/3 mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan. Pat down. Spread with preserves. Put rest of crumbs on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool before cutting.
