OREO CHEESE CAKE Crust: 3 c. crushed Oreos 4 Tbsp. butter, melted Mix well and pat into greased (lightly with butter) pan and up about 2 inches on sides. Cheese Cake: 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. flour 4 whole eggs 3 egg yolks Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour 1/2 of batter into pan. Make a middle layer of remaining crushed Oreos. Pour rest of batter on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then 225 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Topping: 2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. sugar Beat sour cream and sugar until smooth. Pour over top of cheese cake and bake 5 minutes at 225 degrees. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
