GOOEY BUTTER CAKE Bottom Layer: 1 yellow cake mix 1 egg 1 stick butter Top Layer: 3 c. powdered sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 1 egg Bottom Layer: Melt butter and mix well with egg and cake mix. Press into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Top Layer: Mix well until smooth and pour over bottom layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. When cool, sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
