SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES 1 c. shortening 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs 2 3/4 c. flour, sifted 2 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon Cream shortening; add sugar and eggs, then beat. Add dry ingredients. Break off small pieces as mixture thickens and roll in sugar and cinnamon and cut with jar lid cutter. Place 2-inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees. They are fat, round cookies and delicious.
