SOUR CREAM RAISIN BARS Crust: 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. oleo 1 3/4 c. oatmeal 1 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 3/4 tsp. salt Filling: 2 c. raisins 3 egg yolks, beaten 2 c. sour cream 1 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. vanilla Boil raisins in water; drain and set aside. Make crust by mixing dry ingredients and putting in the oleo. Spread half in greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Make Filling: Mix all ingredients except raisins and vanilla and cook until thick. Stir in raisins and vanilla. Spread over baked crust and top with remaining crust mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and keep refrigerated.
