BLACK RUSSIAN CAKE 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 1/2 c. sugar 1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding 1 c. Wesson oil 4 eggs 1/4 c. vodka 1/4 c. kahlua 3/4 c. water Glaze: 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/4 c. kahlua Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use Bundt or tube pan. Mix the cake mix, sugar and chocolate pudding. Add rest of ingredients and mix in mixer. Pour into tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Poke holes in top with tooth- pick. Pour glaze on while hot. Serve with dollop of whipped cream or Cool Whip. Serves many.
