PUMPKIN CAKE 1 box yellow cake mix 1/2 c. melted oleo 1 egg 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. cloves 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 large can pumpkin 3 eggs 2/3 c. milk 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. oleo 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. cake mix Reserve one cup cake mix. Mix cake mix with oleo and egg. Put into 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix pumpkin, brown sugar, milk, egg and spices. Pour over cake mix. Make crumb topping by using 1 cup reserved cake mix, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup oleo. Sprinkle over pumpkin. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Use silver knife method to test for doneness.
