MARY ALICE'S 3 STEP PUMPKIN BROWNIES Crust: 1/2 c. quick oats 1 c. Bisquick 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. butter Cut in butter with pastry blender. Press into 9 x 9-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix: 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk 2 beaten eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. cloves 1/2 tsp. ginger 3/4 c. sugar Mix well. Pour over crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Topping: 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 Tbsp. butter Blend with pastry blender. Sprinkle over pumpkin. Bake 20 minutes more at 350 degrees.
