PUDDING TORTE Crust: 1 c. flour 1/2 c. margarine 1/2 c. chopped nuts For crust: mix flour, margarine and nuts as for pie crust and press in oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. 1st Layer: 1 c. powdered sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. Cool Whip For 1st Layer: Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar together and fold in Cool Whip. Mix and spread on baked crust. 2nd Layer: 2 pkg. chocolate pudding mix 3 c. milk 2nd Layer: Cook pudding mixes in 3 cups milk. Cool and spread on 1st layer. 3rd Layer: remaining Cool Whip from container chopped almonds or walnuts 3rd Layer: Spread with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped almonds or walnuts. Chill.
