CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COOKIES 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 stick oleo 3 c. uncooked oatmeal (1 minute quick cook oatmeal) 1/2 c. peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla wax paper Mix sugar, milk, chocolate chips and oleo in a pan. Boil for 1 minute, stirring continuously. Remove from burner. Add oatmeal, peanut butter and vanilla. Drop on wax paper and let cool.
