EASY PEACH COBBLER 3 c. sliced peaches (fresh or frozen) 3/4 c. and 1/2 c. sugar 1 stick margarine 3/4 c. self-rising flour 3/4 c. milk Mix the 3/4 cup sugar with fruit. Melt margarine in 9 x 9-inch pan or casserole. Stir together the 1/2 cup sugar, flour and milk. Pour batter over margarine; do not mix. Spread fruit over batter; do not mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Batter will rise to top to be brown and crunchy. Serve with whipped cream. Can also put a little cinnamon and nutmeg in the fruit.
