PINEAPPLE CHEST PIE 1 1/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 Tbsp. flour 1 stick oleo 1 large can crushed pineapple 2 tsp. vanilla flavoring 1 uncooked pie shell Melt oleo over low heat. Beat together eggs, sugar, flour and flavoring. Stir in pineapple and melted oleo; pour into uncooked pie shell. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
