PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 1 box Duncan Hines cake mix (nonpudding) 1/2 c. peanut butter Frosting: 1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese (soft) 1/4 c. peanut butter 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 3 1/2 to 4 c. confectioners sugar Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to box directions and add peanut butter. Pour in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until done; let cool awhile. Make frosting. Frosting: Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, vanilla and salt until fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar until of spreading consistency. Spread on cake. Does not need to be refrigerat- ed.
