PEACHES 'N CREAM DESSERT PIZZA 14 oz. can Eagle Brand milk (sweetened condensed not evaporated) 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. ReaLemon reconstituted lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 c. margarine 1/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed 1 c. unsifted flour 1/4 c. quick oats 1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional) 29 oz. can cling peach slices, drained Combine milk, sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla. Chill. Cream margarine and sugar. Mix in flour, oats and walnuts. Spray pizza pan or baking sheet with Pam (vegetable cooking spray). On pan, press dough into 12-inch circle, forming an edge. Prick with fork. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375 degrees or until golden brown. Cool. Spoon filling evenly onto crust. Arrange peach slices on filling. Garnish with remain- ing nuts. Chill before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
